At alvvine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with UK consumer law, you have a 14-day cancellation window for eligible online purchases, followed by an additional 14 days to return the goods.

Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days from the day after you (or a designated third party) receive the items. To exercise this right, please notify us by email at contact@alvvine.shop.

Return Shipping & Conditions
Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of your return notice. Products should be securely packaged in their original packaging wherever possible. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the product arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds (including standard outward delivery costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items
